A Punk/rock band from Carlisle PA

bands like a late night serenade dont come a dime a dozen. the four guys (tim lebo guitar and singer, larry foote guitar, tim brown bass, and tyler march drums) have tremendous talent for such a young band. forming in late 2004, the boys in ALNS have already shared the stage with names like tokyo rose, i want to kill you, gods, lux courageous, and many more, proving that the pennsylvania music scene is far from dead.

"we choose to write songs that are deeper than our last failed relationship" says bassist tim brown.

this saying is far from false. the boys choose to write songs based on anything from living the same day over and over, to losing your parents trust, and even to having to go to the scene of the crime to identify a friend.

"Come on mom"

getting this far has not been easy for ALNS. with less-than-supportive parents, getting shows has not been easy for them. this proves to be quite a predicament for them, seeing as how the oldest member is only 16. "i know this sounds lame, but we need our parents to drive us to shows" tim brown mentions.

"i can breath finally after all of these years"

the boys may be young, but they are wise beyond their years. "keeping the live show going has always been a big thing for us" tim brown remarks,"we always try to get some crowd participation going at our shows." if you have seen them live then you know of what he is talking about. "with some bands, movement is a problem. with us its been trying to keep us still. even at practice we still try to go crazy" says tim brown. this is no lie, they have broken straps, smashed speakers, dropped guitars, fallen over, etc. you name anything that could go wrong, and it has happened. fortunately, they know how to make the best of a bad situation, " i remember one time, at our third show halfway through the first song, i see tim brown jumping around, and then i see him fall.his head landed in a gap no bigger than a foot between the bass drum and larry's speaker cabinet. he played it off like he meant to do it though." says lead singer tim lebo

"our main goal was to never "go big, get rich" we just wanted to be a band, show people what we were about, and reach out to some kids. and we've already accomplished that, it'd be nice to see the band grow and exceed to its full potential i know it has" states lebo. "we knew we were on to something when kids were singing our lyrics back at us by the fourth show" brown adds in. each show for them has been a learning experience. fomr time to time they will even sit in tylers basement just watching videos of old shows, so they can learn how to improve their live show. Most bands have a front man. and as Tim Lebo may appear to be ALNS's, its far from it. "Each member plays an equal part in the band. If we didnt have one of the members, we wouldnt be what we were today" says Lebo. "We are all like brothers, we've been through a lot" Lebo says. Live is the same. Each member goes crazy, with Tylers crazy mindblowing drumsolos, to Larrys jump off of the bass drum, Tim Browns bass swings, and Tim Lebo's "homemade" moves exciting the crowd, each show brings something new. "Its Crazy" thats all Tyler March can really say, "we could never imagine something like this. We just started in Tylers basement, and at our 4th or so show, we're playing for 500 or more people." says lebo. "My Parents cant even believe it, I cant even Believe it" Larry adds. Our parents figured this would be just for fun, we'll they thought wrong. Record Labels such as Victory Records were instantly interested in the band as they hit the music scene. Unlucky for the band, they had to be 18 years or older to sign with Victory. "Someday, someday" the band says. With all that in mind. A LATE NIGHT SERENADE will be the band to watch in the upcomming years, so keep your eyes open.
